So I finally got around to buying myself a webcam. I had been thinking about the idea for awhile, so after looking at a few that I liked I headed out this Monday evening to pick one up. Unfortunately the Phillips webcam I had been looking for was nowhere to be found. So after a lot of searching at various stores such as Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal Mart, Target, Office Max, and Comp USA, I gave up looking for the one I wanted. I then returned to the first place I stopped, Best Buy, and picked up the Logitech Pro 9000, for $100.00. The webcam itself is very nice quality and should serve any purposes i have for it well. Although, I believe that I will likely be using it mostly for its microphone, for talking on skype. The audio and ease of use is leagues beyond have to hold my old microphone up to my face all night.
